Dr. Rob Green
Chiropractor & Fitness Coach
Dr. Rob provides a number of services that are unique and tailored towards each individuals’ needs. His services include soft-tissue therapies (Active Release Technique), joint manipulation, contemporary medical (electro-) acupuncture, kinesiotape, movement retraining and bio-mechanical assessments. This provides all patients with a variety of therapies to use to maximize treatment effectiveness. In combining multiple-treatment approaches, he creates a potent treatment plan to enhance and optimize results. Educating his patients and clients is the foundation for success. Dr. Rob believes the more a person knows, the more they can control their own health and fitness.
Dr. Rob also practiced as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Kinesiologist with the OKA. Because of this experience, Dr. Rob is able treat all muscle and joint related problems. This includes much more than just back and neck pain. He is able to assess and treat a variety of issues, including but not limited to shoulder, knee, ankle and hip pain. Dr. Rob Green’s extensive strength and conditioning experience and movement analysis enable him to identify problems and weaknesses that may be contributing to pain or body problems. The focus is on the underlying cause and then fixing it so that the symptoms do not return.
As an athlete himself at Wilfrid Laurier University he has focused his attention on improving quality of life and athletic performance through movement control, specialized therapy and individualized analysis of each persons’ specific movement needs and weaknesses. He has several years of experience working as a Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with all levels of athletes in Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo, and has had the opportunity to work with CFL athletes and a top Canadian marathoner, elite Ironman competitors, national squash champions and varsity athletes.
Dr. Rob remains active through his love of sports and fitness. He continues to play basketball, squash and golf enthusiastically, as well as running. His love of music spills out in his 300+ vinyl record collection, as well as enjoying time outdoors. Dr. Rob lives in Kitchener with his wife Meghan and two beautiful children Avery and Clayton.
Bryan Richardson is an experienced fitness coach with over six years experience in the training industry. Sports and fitness have always been a part of Bryan’s life including several years of triple ‘A’ hockey and university varsity football experience.
Bryan has spent time working with a multitude of clients all over the world, including three years of personal training experience in Gwangju, South Korea and over six months in Bangkok, Thailand alongside top ranked Muay Thai competitors. He has spent time with high level athletes and fitness beginners taking their first steps into a healthier life, and helped each client overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
Bryan brings passion, enthusiasm and amazing humour to the fitness coaching experience. He loves to connect and coach each client individually to help them realize their potential. Bryan is a man of many talents and interests. Be sure to ask him about living overseas, being a pilot and an ordained minister!
My passion for health and fitness began at a very young age. My favourite sports to play are basketball and volleyball. I also competed in rowing, shot put and javelin. My passion for sports and fitness led me to studies at Conestoga College’s Recreation and Leisure Program.
It was in Grade 10 gym class when I decided I was going to be a Personal Trainer. I fell in love with how weight training made me feel and enjoyed earning my results. Shortly after that with my very first pay cheque I joined and gym and purchased six personal training sessions. From that moment working out has always been part of my routine. Fitness has been the most consistent part of my life, other than breathing.
Fitness is the best part of my day, my stress relief and the greatest adventure; there is never truly an end to it and we can all work towards something new. I believe everything happens for a reason and my love for the gym ended up being the place where I met my wonderful husband.
Fitness has had a positive impact on my life and I have always felt a strong desire to help others see the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. I must say it feels great to be living my dream as a fitness coach for the Price Fit Club!
Tina Grevenstein brings a friendly warmth to her personal training sessions that makes everyone feel excited and comfortable. But don’t let that completely fool you as she also has a significant competitive streak in her!
Tina was first introduced to Price Chiropractic and Fitness as a practice member with continuous shoulder pain. Her experience at PRICE and total resolution of shoulder pain inspired her to become a fitness coach. Tina’s love for fitness, competition and cheering on her fellow fit club members opened up a new opportunity to share her experiences and transition from client to Fitness Coach. Tina’s passion and desire to help clients attain their fitness and life goals through a healthy lifestyle shows up in every session she leads – and people who work with it can feel it!
Tina is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist through CANFITPRO and is continually striving to educate herself and clients. She is constantly learning and improving, and loves to apply her new knowledge.
When not at Price, Tina is busy with her own business and is a Licensed Hairstylist, Certified Reflexologist, Certified Master Pedicurist and Nail Technician. She also has three busy children who keep her on her toes running from soccer, track, baseball, swimming and piano. In her free time, Tina continues to walk the walk and workout with fellow Price Fit Club members. She has participated in the Badass Dash multiple times. Away from the gym you can find me enjoying time with the family at the cabin, fishing or camping.
